Teller / Member Service Representative

You will:

• Assist members with opening accounts, answering questions about products and services, resolving problems within your authority or referring problems that are beyond your authority to your supervisor along with recommendations, both in person and on the phone.
• Handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, selling money orders and gift cards, and other miscellaneous transactions etc.)
• Provide excellent service to our members and non-members
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions
• Follow procedural and regulatory rules
• Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks such as filing, computer input and answering the phone.

Experience and education recommended, but not required:

• Equivalent of a high school diploma
• Previous cash handling, credit union or banking experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
• Employee must be bondable
