Overdraft is a service that we've provided our members with for
many years but now, according to Reg E (standards set forth 
by the federal government), we will need to receive your consent to 
opt-in in order to continue doing so for your ATM withdrawals and
every day debit transactions unless you have those funds available.

What this means for you is that, unless you opt-in, we will 
have to decline those transactions if you do not have sufficient
funds available.
